Privacy Policy

This policy explains what AGIAS collects when you visit agias.dev or ask us for work, why we collect it, which services process it, how long we keep it, and what you can ask us to do with it. It is written to be read, not skimmed.

1. Who we are

AGIAS is operated by TAKAYUKI MATSUSHIMA, a sole proprietor in Japan. The operator's address and phone number are not published here; they are provided to you without delay on request.

Contact for everything in this policy: ai@agias.dev (read by the operator and by the operator's AI secretary).

2. What we collect

2.1 When you visit the site

  • No cookies. No analytics. No advertising. No account.
  • Your language choice (English or Japanese) is kept in your browser's local storage. It never leaves your device.
  • The hosting provider (Vercel) may keep standard server logs, including IP addresses, for security and operation of the service. We do not use them to identify you.
  • The typeface is served from agias.dev itself. It is not fetched from a third party, so nobody beyond the hosting provider above sees the request for it.

2.2 When an AI agent or a person uses the reception endpoint (/api/a2a)

  • The endpoint writes nothing to disk or to any log of ours. The sender's IP address is held in the server's memory for at most 10 minutes to limit the number of requests, then discarded. The message itself is forwarded to the operator as incoming mail, and from then on it is kept as described in section 6.
  • A message sent with the "leave-message" skill is forwarded to the operator as incoming mail, with its text and time. If forwarding is not configured, the message is rejected and nothing is kept.

2.3 When you ask us for work

  • What you send us: your name or organization, email address, the brief, and any material (documents, data, images, sound, logos) you choose to share.
  • What we create with you: the specification, the prototype, the finished machine, and its ledger (the record of what was decided and why).
  • Correspondence about the work and, if applicable, invoicing details.

3. Why we collect it

  • To answer you, write the specification, build, deliver, and support what we built.
  • To keep the ledger, which is part of what you receive.
  • To invoice and to meet legal obligations (tax and accounting records).
  • To keep the site and the reception endpoint safe from abuse.

We do not use your information for advertising, and we do not sell it.

4. AI services and transfers outside Japan

Your brief, your material, and our correspondence may be processed by AI services under the operator's direction:

  • Anthropic (Claude), Google (Gemini), and OpenAI (GPT). Their servers are located outside Japan, mainly in the United States. Each processes data under its own terms and privacy policy.
  • Local models running on the operator's own machine. These do not send data anywhere.
By asking us for work, you consent to this processing, including the transfer of your information to these providers outside Japan. Where a provider offers a setting not to use customer data for training, we use it. We cannot control a provider beyond its published terms. If you do not want a particular provider used for your request, tell us and we will use another or work locally.

Only the AI secretary communicates with you. Other AI systems never contact you directly. Nothing is published without your approval.

5. Who else sees it

  • Nobody, except the AI providers above (processing on our behalf), the hosting provider (server logs), and a payment or invoicing service if one is used for your project.
  • Authorities, when the law requires it.

6. How long we keep it

  • Messages forwarded from the reception endpoint: kept as incoming mail for up to 90 days, then deleted, unless they became a request for work. The endpoint itself keeps nothing.
  • Material you sent for a project: for the duration of the project and up to one year after delivery, then deleted. Ask, and it is deleted earlier.
  • The ledger: handed over with the machine. We keep a copy as our own record of the work, with your personal information reduced to what is needed to identify the project.
  • Invoices and accounting records: as long as Japanese law requires.

7. Your rights

You can ask us to show you what we hold about you, to correct it, to delete it, or to stop using it. Write to ai@agias.dev. We may ask you to confirm your identity. We answer as soon as we reasonably can; we do not promise a fixed response time. If Japanese law gives you further rights, you have them too.

8. How we protect it

  • Your information is kept in the operator's own records (an OBSIDIAN vault) on devices with full-disk encryption turned on (FileVault on the Mac; iOS data protection on the phone), not in a shared or public system. Copies synced through iCloud are encrypted by Apple in transit and at rest.
  • Access is limited to the operator and the AI secretary acting under the operator's direction. The AI providers named in section 4 process the material only as far as the work requires.
  • Money and publishing require human approval. Nothing leaves without a record.

9. Children

The site and the services are not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.

10. Changes

When this policy changes, the new version is posted here with a new effective date. Material changes that affect an ongoing project are sent to you by email.

このポリシーは、agias.devをご覧になったとき、または仕事をご依頼いただいたときに、AGIASが何を集め、なぜ集め、どのサービスで処理し、いつまで保管し、ご利用者が何を求められるかを説明するものです。読まれることを前提に書いています。

1. 運営者

AGIASは、日本の個人事業主 TAKAYUKI MATSUSHIMA が運営しています。住所と電話番号はこのサイトには掲載していません。請求があれば遅滞なく開示します。

このポリシーに関する連絡先：ai@agias.dev（運営者と、運営者の秘書AIが読みます）。

2. 集める情報

2.1サイトを見るとき

  • Cookieを使いません。アクセス解析も広告もありません。アカウントもありません。
  • 言語の選択（英語／日本語）はお使いのブラウザのローカルストレージに保存されます。端末の外には出ません。
  • ホスティング事業者（Vercel）が、サービスの安全と運用のためにIPアドレスを含む標準的なサーバーログを保持することがあります。当方はそれを個人の特定には使いません。
  • 書体はagias.dev自身から配信します。第三者から取得しないので、上のホスティング事業者より先へ渡ることはありません。

2.2受け取り窓口（/api/a2a）をAIエージェントや人が使うとき

  • 窓口はディスクにも当方のログにも書きません。送信元のIPアドレスは、回数制限のためにサーバーのメモリに最長10分だけ置き、その後捨てます。メッセージ本文は運営者へメールとして転送され、それ以降は第6項のとおり保管されます。
  • 「leave-message」で送られたメッセージは、本文と日時とともに運営者へメールとして転送されます。転送が設定されていない場合は受け取りを断り、何も残しません。

2.3仕事をご依頼いただくとき

  • お送りいただくもの：お名前または組織名、メールアドレス、依頼内容、共有を選んだ素材（資料、データ、画像、音源、ロゴなど）。
  • 一緒に作るもの：仕様、試作、完成した機械、その台帳（何をなぜ決めたかの記録）。
  • 仕事に関するやり取りと、必要な場合は請求に関する情報。

3. 利用目的

  • お返事をし、仕様を書き、製作し、納品し、納品物を支えるため。
  • 台帳を残すため（台帳はお渡しするものの一部です）。
  • 請求と、法令上の義務（税務・会計の記録）を果たすため。
  • サイトと受け取り窓口を不正利用から守るため。

広告には使いません。第三者に販売しません。

4. AIサービスと国外への移転

依頼内容、素材、やり取りは、運営者の指示のもとで次のAIサービスが処理することがあります。

  • Anthropic（Claude）、Google（Gemini）、OpenAI（GPT）。サーバーは主にアメリカ合衆国など日本の外にあります。各社はそれぞれの利用規約とプライバシーポリシーに従って処理します。
  • 運営者の機器上で動くローカルモデル。データはどこにも送られません。
仕事をご依頼いただくことで、これらの処理（上記の事業者への日本国外での提供を含む）に同意いただいたものとします。事業者が「顧客データを学習に使わない」設定を提供している場合、当方はその設定を使います。事業者の公開された規約を超えて当方が制御することはできません。特定の事業者を使ってほしくない場合はお知らせください。別の事業者、またはローカルで処理します。

ご利用者と話すのは秘書AIだけです。配下のAIがご利用者に直接連絡することはありません。ご利用者の承認なしに公開することはありません。

5. 第三者への提供

  • 上記のAI事業者（当方の指示による処理）、ホスティング事業者（サーバーログ）、案件で使う場合の決済・請求サービス以外には提供しません。
  • 法令に基づく場合は、官公署に提供することがあります。

6. 保管期間

  • 受け取り窓口から転送されたメッセージ：メールとして最長90日保管し、その後削除します（仕事の依頼になった場合を除く）。窓口そのものには何も残りません。
  • 案件でお送りいただいた素材：案件の期間中と納品後1年まで保管し、その後削除します。ご要望があればそれより早く削除します。
  • 台帳：機械と一緒にお渡しします。当方は仕事の記録として写しを保管しますが、個人情報は案件の識別に必要な範囲に減らします。
  • 請求書と会計の記録：法令が定める期間。

7. ご利用者の権利

保有している情報の開示、訂正、削除、利用の停止を求めることができます。ai@agias.dev までご連絡ください。本人確認をお願いすることがあります。できるだけ早くお返事しますが、返答までの期間はお約束しません。日本の法令がさらに権利を定める場合、それも適用されます。

8. 安全管理

  • 情報は運営者自身の記録（OBSIDIANのvault）として、ディスク全体の暗号化を有効にした機器（MacはFileVault・iPhoneはiOSのデータ保護）に保管します。共有や公開のシステムには置きません。iCloudで同期される写しは、Appleにより通信中も保存時も暗号化されます。
  • アクセスできるのは運営者と、運営者の指示で動く秘書AIだけです。第4項に挙げたAI事業者は、仕事に必要な範囲で内容を処理します。
  • 金銭と公開には人間の承認が必要です。記録なしに外へ出るものはありません。

9. 子ども

このサイトとサービスは子ども向けではありません。16歳未満の方の情報を意図して集めることはありません。

10. 変更

このポリシーを変更するときは、新しい施行日とともにここに掲載します。進行中の案件に影響する重要な変更は、メールでお知らせします。
